Guests

Guests never need an account. They give a name and paint the times they can come.

Calendars

If you fill in from a calendar, only free or busy times are used, and only in your browser. Event titles, guests and details are never read or stored, and your calendar login is never sent to our servers.

Where it lives

Poll data is hosted in the European Union.

How long we keep it

A poll is deleted automatically 90 days after its last date.

Your data

You can ask for an export or for deletion of your data at any time through the contact page.

Trackers

No third-party trackers and no ads.

Filling in from your calendar

This is optional. You can always paint your times by hand. Here is what each way of filling in does.

Google

• We ask only for the permission ‘View your availability in your calendars’.
• We look at your main calendar only.
• We look only at the days and hours of this poll.
• Your sign-in stays in your browser tab and is dropped right after. Our server never sees it.

Calendar file

• The file is read on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Calendar link

• Your link passes once through our server so your browser can read it. We don’t log it or keep it.

For every source, we keep only the cells on your grid. We never keep event names, places or people.
